• Admission tickets to our events MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE of the event. Information for all of our new neighbors, and a reminder to all of our old neighbors - all RAC events are by ticket only. Tickets must be purchased in advance of each event.

• If the ticket says the event will start at 6:00 PM, please be punctual - because IT WILL start at 6:00 PM.

• There will no longer be food take outs.  However, if you have purchased a ticket and then cannot attend, you may send someone to get your food to go. Some events may have a cutoff date for ticket sales, so try to purchase them as quickly as possible.

VETERAN’S DAY

Wednesday, Nov. 11

Join us as we celebrate and honor all veterans and especially the ones in our community. We will have a Grand Marshall leading our golf cart parade. Decorate your golf carts, mobile scooters, walkers, bikes or your tennis shoes and join in the parade. Invite groups of your neighbors to gather in their driveways and cheer the parade on.

Then join us for a special Popeye’s boxed chicken dinner in the clubhouse and a short presentation for our veterans. Wear your favorite military service shirt or show your red, white and blue pride.

Golf cart parade – meet at clubhouse at 4:15, parade rolls out at 4:30. Parade goes down every street in Carlsberg.

(Popeye’s Dinner, choose dark or white meat, mild or spicy, advise ticket seller at purchase. Dinner includes 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a biscuit.) THANKSGIVING DAY

Thursday, Nov, 26, 4:00 pm.

All are welcome as we gather together to give thanks and enjoy a turkey dinner together. RAC Committee will supply the turkeys and the ice tea, and we all bring sides to share, (pot luck style). This is very informal, but very nice. There will be a sign-up sheet on the clubhouse bulletin board for side dishes. Tickets are $2 and Melba Fanetti is the chair.

Saturday, Oct. 17, 5:30pm.
Please Bring a dish to share (we will eat what you bring). We will supply the ice tea. Tickets are $1. Chairladies are Linda Dann, Diana Cottone & Suzette Waggoner.

25cent card bingo is back and on a different night. Bingo will now be at 6:00pm on the 4th Thursday of the month (except for October due to HOABOD Budget meeting). Questions? Lin Horosky, Chair.

They really do work!

Miracle Cloths can be purchased from Sue Dean for $3.00 each. They can be purchased every Tuesday at Tasty Tuesday or contact Sue Dean at 676-9193. Proceeds benefit RAC.

RAC will be collecting can tabs, and education labels only.

Pop tabs—Place in glass jar on front table at Clubhouse. Tabs go to the VFW who passes on the money they get to the Ronald McDonald House Foundation. Drop off at the Clubhouse.

Box Tops & Labels for Education (with bar code) - Continue to place in plastic container on the front table at the

Clubhouse. These go to the Janie Howard Wilson School on SR 17.
