RESIDENTS  REMINDER :

For sale or rent, contractor or political yard signs     are not permitted . One sign, however, may be displayed in a front window of a residence. (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions &  Restrictions of Carlsberg Estates, Section 13.)

DOG OWNER NOTICE

All dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs when walking them. This includes in the drainage basins, on the grassy strip between the sidewalk and the street, on Lot 52, and around the lake, etc.

A health hazard for both animals and humans is created when animals are not cleaned up after.

It has been requested  pet owners attempt to keep their pets from urinating on the taller bushes in the community. It kills some vegetation. This may be difficult to do, but do your best and try.

Please respect the community .

PROTECT YOUR PET

A resident's pet was accidentally poisoned by rat poison.

It was apparently ingested from someone's front yard

during one of his walks. It takes 3-5 days for this type

of poison to show symptoms, and it was impossible

to determine where or when it was ingested.

This pet is always walked on a leash and is not allowed

beyhond the sidewalk, so it had to come from a front  yard.

Please do not put poisons where they be  ingested by our pets!

SAFETY IS IMPORTANT
