AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
In case of emergency, always dial 911 FIRST.
A portable AED unit is available in the Clubhouse for emergency use. It is located in the Clubhouse just inside the front door on the right wall.
An AED is a device used to administer an electric shock through the chest wall to the heart. Built-in computers assess the patient's heart rhythm, judge whether defibrillation is needed, and then administer or advise to deliver the shock. Audible and/or visual prompts guide the user through the process.
ARC (Architectural Review Committee) Guidelines
Please read the ARC Guidelines document BEFORE you
schedule ANY work to be done to the outside of your house. Click here for ARC information and request form. Failure to comply with the ARC policy and approval could result in repainting, re-roofing etc. of your property.
Items for Sale or Swap
There are items listed on the Bulletin Board down the hallway in the Clubhouse across from the restrooms.
Take a look, maybe there might be something there you may be looking for. Any resident may post items they may have for sale. Please put your info, pictures are good, and date it. After your item(s) sell , please remove the posting. After 3 months, items
will be removed.
Wheelchair
We have a wheelchair (not motorized) that may be borrowed by residents if needed. For further information, please contact Lin Horosky.
Outdoor Windchimes
Windchimes can be soothing to some and annoying to others. If you decide to hang windchimes on your property, please limit them to 2. We want to keep a peaceful community.
