New Structure and/or Property Improvement Application (ARC Form):
BEFORE making ANY changes to outside property (paint house, new landscaping, fencing, driveway, screen rooms, other additions,etc.) they must be approved by the ARC committee. Please print out form. Drop off completed form at the Office in the Clubhouse. Completed forms are reviewed by the committee at their bi-weekly meetings. You will be notified in writing on your request status.
ARC meets twice a month to review applications. Check CE Calendar of Events for time and date of meetings. Meetings are open to the residents.
All applications require approval by the Board of Directors BEFORE moving into the community.
Before the form for membership to our HOA is completed, the Government Documents must be read and accepted by the applicant.
Our residents must comply with our documents so they are informed on keeping the community a nice place to live.
Please click above for a copy of the Application for Membership. A non-refundable processing fee of $100.00 must accompany this application to be considered by the Board of Directors/HOA. A criminal background check will be done on all new applications.

Use this form to request reimbursement for an out-of-pocket expense you made specifically for the Community/Clubhouse:
To schedule the Clubhouse for a community meeting, class or activity , please fill out this form and give to the Clubhouse Scheduler, Sharon Constanzo.
Emergency Contact Information:
Every resident should complete a Emergency Information form and have it on file in the HOA Office in the Clubhouse. This information should be kept current. Print out the form and return it to the Office in the Clubhouse. This information is important whether it pertains to a personal medical emergency or a emergency with your property while you are away.
This form is to communicate with the landscape company regarding trimming, edging, mowing, blowing, broken sprinklers, etc. Please print and complete this form then drop it off at the Clubhouse. Only one form can be submitted per month.
If you want to opt out of any of the landscaping services provided by Floralawn (mowing, trimming or spraying), print this form out and make your choices. Drop completed and signed form at the HOA office.
To report a repair required to any community property (lights out at Clubhouse, broken perimerter fence, gym equipment, problem with swimming pool, etc.) complete a Work Request form. Drop off the completed form at the Clubhouse.
Application form to request leasing/renting a home in the community. This must be completed and approved BEFORE anyone moves into the property.

Post a “For Sale” notice:
On the bulletin board (down the Clubhouse hall near the Exercise Room) there is a section on the bottom where residents can advertise items for sale. Ad must be on a 3x5” card/paper and dated. If item sells, or ad has been posted for 3 months or more, it will be removed from board.
