Located on peaceful Lake Suzanne in Lake Wales, Florida, Carlsberg Estates is one of central Florida's best kept secrets.   Lake Wales is located in Polk County, at the highest elevation in the Florida peninsula, with rolling hills and numerous clear lakes within the surrounding valleys and sits at the geographic center of the state.

This   55+ senior community is a deed-restricted development with a Clubhouse, heated swimming pool, and a gazebo deck overlooking the lake. The Clubhouse features a Wellness Center, big screen television, a well-equipped kitchen, plus a big recreation room for playing pool, cards or having meetings or parties. Carlsberg Estates is a pet friendly community welcoming  responsible pet owners (limit 2 pets).

We are located just off U.S. Route 27 and within a one-hour drive to many major attractions; Disney World and Disney Springs, Legoland, Bok Tower & Gardens, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios and Sea World to mention a few. We are close to Tampa, Moffitt Cancer Center, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Orlando, plus a short drive to many golf courses, beautiful beaches on each coast, hospitals, airports and shopping. We are also a short ride to Interstates 4, 75, 95, & 275.
