Below are checklists that may be useful to you when moving to Florida or leaving your Florida home for the summer.


Please contact the HOA Office when you are leave for the season. Give the office a current phone number where you can reached in case we must contact you regarding your property while you are gone.


PREPARE FOR DISASTERS:

It is important to be prepared for a disaster that can happen at any time. Here are some tips to prepare yourself, your family and your neighbors.


BASIC SUPPLIES FOR PREPAREDNESS KIT:


  • Water - one gallon/person/day
  • Food - non perishable items, 3-day supply
  • Flashlight
  • First aid kit
  • Medications, 7 day supply
  • Battery powered or hand crank radio
  • Sanitation and personal hygiene items
  • Emergency blankets
  • Copies of personal documents
  • Cell phone with chargers
  • Extra cash
  • Consider needs of all family members:
  • Medical supplies
  • Pet supplies
  • Hearing aid batteries


Make a plan with your loved ones in the case of an emergency. Choose 2 places to meet:

  Outside your home in case of house fire

  Outside your neighborhood in case of evacuation
