CLUBHOUSE INFORMATION AND COMMON AREAS RULES & REGULATIONS:

The following information is intended to insure the residents of Carlsberg Estates peaceful enjoyment of the common areas of their community.

Scheduling Information for Classes or Activities:

 

All classes/activities are scheduled by the clubhouse coordinator.
 

A Class/Activity Form must be filled out and provided to the clubhouse coordinator for scheduling. For a copy of this Form, please go to "Forms" on this website, or click here.

 

Please note that a class/activity must consist of 1 or more instructors/activity leaders and a minimum of 3 participants. Classes/activities are limited to a maximum of 3 meetings per week.

 

A class/activity may be superseded by a community activity provided that the instructor/participants are notified 7 days in advance by the clubhouse coordinator or the HOA Board.

 

If a class/activity fails to meet 3 consecutive meeting times, it may be removed from that time slot by the clubhouse coordinator. The instructor/participants will be notified of this action and the time slot will be vacated on the calendar. The class/activity may be rescheduled by the clubhouse coordinator if and when there are enough participants.

 

The HOA Board has final approval of all class/activities in the event of a dispute or scheduling conflict.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) 

In case of emergency, always dial 911 FIRST.

Post a “For Sale” notice:

On the bulletin board (down the Clubhouse hall near the Exercise Room) there is a section on the bottom where residents can advertise items for sale. Ad must be on a 3x5” card/paper and dated. If item sells, or ad has been posted for 3 months or more, it will be removed from board.
