PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT or CHANGE INFORMATION:
The Architectural Review Committee's (ARC) main purpose is to maintain and upgrade the integrity and beauty of our neighborhood by following the direction of Article XI of the Carlsberg Estates Declaration of Convenants, Conditions and Restrictions and the Guidelines presented within the document.
As described in Carlsberg's Declaration of Convenants, Conditions and Restrictions and/or the ARC Guidelines, the home owner is required to submit an application form to the ARC and receive written approval of plans BEFORE making any changes to the outside their home as described in Article XI, Section 1.
For example - an ARC request must be submitted and approved before you trim or remove a tree, plant new bushes, paint the outside of your house, etc.
Please do not do the work then submit an ARC request form "after the fact." You could be asked to undo the work for not following the procedure in effect.
It's the responsibility of the home owner to comply with all requirements of these Guidelines, and the Declaration of Convenants, Conditions and Restrictions in effect at the time of submission.
ARC Committee: Bob Chapman, Connie Bartels and
ARC meetings are held twice a
month in the Clubhouse. Check CE Calendar of Events for dates, and time. Requests in for approval will be discussed at the meetings. You may attend if you have a form waiting to be approved.
Meetings are open to all residents.

Post a “For Sale” notice:
On the bulletin board (down the Clubhouse hall near the Exercise Room) there is a section on the bottom where residents can advertise items for sale. Ad must be on a 3x5” card/paper and dated. If item sells, or ad has been posted for 3 months or more, it will be removed from board.
