Our committees provide an opportunity for everyone to get involved in a particular area in our community. They exclusively deal with one particular issue and one goal. Committees are:

CAP: (Citizens Assisted Patrol)

CAP is a program run by the Sheriff's Office to assist law enforcement officers in combating crime throughout the county. CAP volunteers patrol the unincorporated areas (Carlsberg Estates, for example) of the county using specially marked golf carts or patrol cars acting as extra eyes and ears for law enforcement. CAP volunteers are provided with uniforms. Volunteers do not carry weapons and have no law enforcement power. They are required to patrol at least 40 hours a year. For more information, contact Tom Smith or Matt Miller. Why not volunteer 2 hours of your time each week - CAP can always use new volunteers.

ARC Committee: (Architecture Review Committee)
ARC meetings are held twice a month. Check Calendar of Events for dates and time. Requests in for approval will be discussed at the meetings. You may attend if you have a form waiting to be approved.

Post a “For Sale” notice:
On the bulletin board (down the Clubhouse hall near the Exercise Room) there is a section on the bottom where residents can advertise items for sale. Ad must be on a 3x5” card/paper and dated. If item sells, or ad has been posted for 3 months or more, it will be removed from the board.
