During 1998-1999 the community was platted and zoned.
As the early development got underway it went through several name changes. It was eventually called Carlsberg Estates on Lake Suzanne in 2002. During the years of 2000-2003 lot sales began and by 2006 the majority of the 162 homes were completed. We are a deed restricted, resident owned, 55+ community.
Our committees focus on certain organizational areas within Carlsberg Estates on Lake Suzanne.
